　　1、作業(yè)先前用手搬動(dòng)飛輪，檢查傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和工作裝置，調(diào)整間隙，堅(jiān)固螺絲，確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后啟動(dòng)空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，檢查軸承應(yīng)無(wú)異響，齒輪應(yīng)嚙合良好。

　　1. Before operation, move the flywheel by hand, check the transmission mechanism and working device, adjust the clearance, firm the screws, and start the empty operation after confirmation. Check that the bearing should have the same sound and the gear should be in good engagement.

　　2、作業(yè)前檢查潤(rùn)滑情況，按潤(rùn)滑表規(guī)定進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑；檢查三角皮帶松緊度；檢查各傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)有無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象，若系旋轉(zhuǎn)刀盤剪斷式，則先運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)直筒12分鐘，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后再起動(dòng)切斷機(jī)構(gòu)，同時(shí)檢查離合器是否靈活可靠。檢查電路和開(kāi)關(guān)，線頭連接應(yīng)牢固，保險(xiǎn)絲應(yīng)符合規(guī)定，電磁開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)接觸可靠，動(dòng)作靈活，接地應(yīng)良好。

　　2. Check the lubrication condition before operation and lubricate according to the lubrication table; Check the tightness of triangle belt; Check whether the transmission mechanism has abnormal phenomenon. If it is a rotary cutter head shearing type, run the straightening cylinder for 12 minutes first, and start the cutting mechanism after normal operation. At the same time, check whether the clutch is flexible and reliable. Check the circuit and switch, wire connection should be firm, fuse should meet the requirements, electromagnetic switch should be reliable contact, flexible action, grounding should be good.

　　3、在調(diào)直塊未固定，防護(hù)罩未蓋好前不得穿入鋼筋，以防機(jī)器開(kāi)動(dòng)后調(diào)直塊甩出傷人。

　　4、切去不直的料頭或用錘頭敲直料頭，以利方便喂料；在導(dǎo)向筒前部安裝一根一米長(zhǎng)的鋼管，先將要調(diào)直鋼筋穿過(guò)鋼管后，再穿入導(dǎo)向筒和調(diào)直筒，以防每盤鋼筋接近調(diào)直完畢時(shí)甩出傷人。

　　4. Cut off the non-straight material head or knock the straight material head with a hammer to facilitate feeding; Install a one meter long steel pipe in the front of the guide cylinder. 　　5、必須在停機(jī)的條件下進(jìn)行鋼筋上盤、穿絲和引頭切斷或敲直。當(dāng)鋼筋穿入后，手與曳引輥必須保持一定距離，不得接近，以防造成傷手事故。

　　7、作業(yè)中要檢查各軸承溫度，是檢查調(diào)直筒軸承溫度，各軸承溫度不得高于60℃（以手摸能接受的熱度為限）。

　　8、停機(jī)后應(yīng)松開(kāi)調(diào)直筒的調(diào)直塊回到原來(lái)位置，同時(shí)預(yù)壓彈簧也必須回位。

　　9、鋼筋加工棚作業(yè)完后清理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，機(jī)體上的污垢、灰塵，切斷電源，鎖好開(kāi)關(guān)箱，并將調(diào)直切斷的鋼筋按規(guī)格分放整齊。
